Your new challenges:


  • Responsible for all training related activities in Customer Service including preparation, planning and execution
  • Ensure standardized training of all members (new and existing) to streamline treatment of all customer inquiries
  • Support CS Teamleaders and Manager in communicating process changes, to identify training needs, performance and gaps
  • Continuously drive process optimization to improve operational workflows based on company's KAIZEN approach
  • Monitor introduction of new/enhanced system functions
  • Generating and updating standard process description
  • Support the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Reduce or eliminate process waste and mistakes to ensure productivity increase and claim reduction
  • Forecast training needs, conduct training to new hires, with focus on timely completion of the training plan and update the training plan according ISO compliance, report training gaps within weekly CS Trainer meeting and ensure continous training of new employees

You should bring:


  • Bachelor Degree in Business economics; or professional education in an commercial environment
  • Work experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role
  • 13 years experience in an international company
  • Certified in continuous improvement methodology, i.e. KAIZEN
  • Good German and English skills are required, additional language is a plus
  • Experience in giving training to an intercultural team
  • Successfull execution of improvement activities and projects in any kind of environment
  • Experience in working with functional/crossfunctional/cross cultural teams
  • Familiarity with interactive learning activities, general learning processes and teaching methods
  • Good skills identifying areas of improvement
  • Solid developed communication skills in English and German, addiotnal language is a plus
  • Pragmatic & solution oriented
  • Highly customer focused
  • Quick of comprehension
  • High level of patience and empathy
