AMBOSS was founded in 2012 with the vision of revolutionizing medical education and training for medical students and doctors.

In our offices in Berlin, Cologne and New York, we work on our program in a team of over 500 people with combined expertise in medicine, didactics, technology and great attention to detail.

With the introduction of our English platform in 2017, we are now supporting doctors worldwide with current and practice-oriented medical knowledge.

AMBOSS helps thousands of doctors and medical students every day to find the right information quickly and reliably during their studies and in everyday clinical practice.

What you will do:

Support Renewals Manager of the institutional relationships with clinics in DACH region
Documentation and

Data Management:
Maintain and update records related to institutional renewals.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of renewal processes.
Communicate with various stakeholders to collect necessary information for renewals.
Proactive outreach to existing clients to schedule meetings and request needed data.
Conduct research on relevant stakeholders in clinics
Support in creating presentations of user statistics
Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.

What you bring:

Being a student of health care economics, communications, management or any other related fields
Great German communication skills, both written and spoken
MS Office Experience and Google GSuite
Wellstructured and organized work style
Independent mode of operation Team player attitude and highly motivated approach
