The Weierstrass Institute for Applied Analysis and Stochastics (WIAS) is an institute of the Forschungsverbund Berlin e.
V. (FVB). The FVB comprises seven non-university research institutes in Berlin which are funded by the federal and state governments. The research institutes belong to the Leibniz Association.

The MaRDI administrative office is located in WIAS is looking for a

Administrative Assistant (f/m/d)**:

to start
as soon as possible.

The work tasks include:

Establishing, maintaining and managing a progress reporting system with the MaRDI Task Area Representatives.
Providing administrative support. This would include following up on outstanding tasks, event organisation, bridging gaps in workflows.
Representing MaRDI in NFDI meetings.

- has a Bachelor's degree in any scientific discipline,
- has an interest and/or some experience in project management within science,
- can take initiative and is adaptable,
- is also comfortable working in German.
