The business unit GSP - Global Service & Parts Mercedes-Benz Cars bundles the worldwide activities of the after-sales business. The focus of our department is on the parts product management & trading business.

Within the team, we are responsible for the topics Product Management Mercedes-Benz Genuine Parts & StarParts, the MercedesMe Connect feature "Digital Car Health" and Parts Sales Potential Analysis.

Our team combines classic parts product management with the product management of the future. We safeguard what has been achieved so far, work on tomorrow's successes and actively shape the future. In doing so, we stand up for each other and support each other to achieve our ambitious goals.

Thanks to our broad portfolio of exciting products and projects, we have the opportunity to involve you individually in various topics.

Your tasks in the respective topics may include the following aspects:

Product Management Parts Lines Original Parts and StarParts:

in shaping the future direction of all product-related topics within the Marketing & Sales department
Gain insight into other areas of the company (Research & Development, Engineering, Controlling, Logistics, etc.) in cooperation with our stakeholders
Support us in managing the global parts business, based on regular monitoring and resulting initiation of measures to ensure profitability
Prepare decision papers based on factbased inputs from the market, customers and competition and participate in the relevant committees

Digital Car Health:

Shape the launch of our digital feature "Digital Car Health" with us, from the development and conception of the overall product and creation of the business process to the display in the MercedesMeApp

- as we work with data workers to develop and implement innovative, product-related analytics and AI solutions

PSPA:

Work with us to identify databased potential and help build a steering model for optimal market exploitation for the global parts business

Qualifications

Degree in economics, business administration/marketing, business informatics or comparable studies
Confident knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Confident handling of MS-Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
Analytical and conceptual way of working, high selfmotivation and independence
High level of commitment, flexibility and assertiveness

Additional information:
The position has a contract period of 6 months, ideally from 01 March 2024. Individual start date (earlier/later) can be discussed.
