Zeolite Tolling Planner (M/F/d):

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsibility for the global ordering process of the BASF zeolite material for all ECMS manufaturing sites.
  • Receiving orders from manufacturing sites and joint ventures and transfer of order to third party.
  • Issuing and processing of sales and purchase orders, purchase requestions, invoices, delivery notes and statistical good receipts.
  • Collection and maintenance of master data to facilitate planning activities.
  • Validation of cross regional demand with responsible raw material planners.
  • Covering some specifics activities related to zeolites such as:
  • waste water treatment coordination
- tolling activities (e.g spray drying, repackaging...)
- raw material planning
- back-up of Ludwigshafen's planning and customer service activities


QUALIFICATIONS
- business administrator degree and additional degree in business, supply chain, logistics or related field (e.g. IHK Betriebswirt)
- minimum of 2 years of supply planning experience, especially batch manufacturing & continuous processes
- good skills with SAP R3/ S4, or equivalent MRP system
- good communication skills in German and English
- very good organizational skills and self-driven and goal-oriented mindset
- ability to work with multi-cultural teams
- willingness to make occasional business trips
