In this newly created position within the Global HR Department, you will act as a Center of competence Lead for Talent Acquisition and play an important role in Hexagon Geosystems' growth, by bringing Talent Acquisition to the next level.
As the Talent Acquisition Competence Center Lead you are a strategic partner who drives the standardization of talent acquisition processes, implementation of media & technology strategies, deployment of a consistent employer brand strategy and enablement of the TA professionals worldwide.
Mid-term, you will also take responsibility for end-to-end TA with team leadership in EMEA.- This role is open for the following locations: Cologne (preferred), Munich, Home office Germany/Austria.

- Responsible for definition and adherence to global talent acquisition policies, processes, contracts and reports, leverage best practices and bring innovation to the TA approach
- Leverage technology solutions that will impact efficiency and effectiveness of TA creating a positive experience for all stakeholders impacted
- Ensure understanding of current and future talent needs and related recruiting demands
- Support the TA professionals in their competency development to bring them to a next level
- Provide insight through metrics, measures, and reporting to corporate business partners and executives around recruitment approaches and systems
- Build a strong employer brand supporting bestinclass recruiting programs based on stateof
- Leading the hiring of management roles worldwide and be the gotoperson for any roles that might need additional attention
- Partner with regional HR teams to define and drive talent acquisition strategy for EMEA
- Provides thought leadership & market insights as TA leader for EMEA
- Provides insights on recruitment effectiveness by measuring and reporting key metrics to relevant stakeholders. Uses data and analytics to underpin the recruitment service delivery and to ensure continuous improvement
- Coordinate regional resources for support to global and/or multiregion hiring needs
- Within 618 months, takes team leadership for Talent Acquisition professionals and ensures qualitative and time effective delivery of TA projects
This is you
- Strong TA experience (68 years) for multiple markets in the region EMEA within a digital environment
- Knowledge of SF ATS and/or certification in personality profiling is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability in project & change management, ideally with direct team leadership experience: able to inspire and engage in a context of transformation, while ensuring strong performance management through nuanced local TA solutions and adherence to global standards
- Ability to understand different stakeholder perspectives and views, build productive working relationships with business/function leaders and HR also at senior level, manage key stakeholder expectations and negotiate as required
- Experience in a highly matrixed environment with a high degree of cultural competence
- Excellent English proficiency, German and/or further European languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
