- Bereitstellung von Kennzahlen zur Steuerung von operativen Prozessen und maßgebliche Beteiligung an der Erreichung der Key Targets zum Beispiel Contribution Margin, Cost per ton
- Durchführung und Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Produktionsabrechnung
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der Operationsstrategie SMART, LEAN AND GREEN
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finance & Accounting oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung – mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling
- Erste Erfahrung im Betriebscontrolling bzw. Controlling von Vorteil – idealerweise in einem produzierenden Betrieb
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, Bereitschaft zur Verantwortungsübernahme und eigenständige Arbeitsweise zur Erreichung der Ziele
- Bereitschaft über den Tellerrand zu schauen, agil zu bleiben und andere zu motivieren
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auch in englischer Sprache
