We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a "Team Lead Data & Analytics".
As the lead, you will be responsible for driving our business data analysis and analytics strategy, ensuring accurate and insightful data for analysis, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making in the organization.
This role will oversee a team consisting of Data Analysts (CRM/Digital), MAXX/SFE Lead, Data Steward, Data Architect, and Pricing Specialist.
This role requires a strong background in data analysis and data management in combination with a strong business acumen.The position is located on Munich.
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Interactions:
- Lead a team of six data analysts and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment and providing guidance and coaching to team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including global data teams, marketing, sales, and general management to understand business needs and align data initiatives accordingly.
- Manage internal and external data analytics resources in line with business and reporting needs.
- Develop and incorporate new data sources and analytical tools (AI) and ensure data quality.
- Lead the analysis of complex datasets, including sales, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with local and global crossfunctional teams to define and implement data requirements, data quality standards, and data architecture.
- Assess market conditions and competitor behavior to support pricing decisions and review pricing strategies developed within the BU in alignment with strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Master degree in data science or relevant field
- 5 years experience in business intelligence or similar area
- Experience in global corporate environment
- Fluency in spoken and written English
