- Du koordinierst den Auftragszyklus bis zur Auslieferung an den Kunden und zur Rückgabe.
- Du unterstützt bei der Strategischen Planung und Verwaltung von Logistik, Lager, Transport und Kundendienst sowie die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Gesetzen, Vorschriften und ISO-Anforderungen.
- Du unterstützt in der Kommunikation mit unseren externen Logistikpartner (Warehouse) und unseren Spediteuren.
- Du pflegst die Kennzahlen und stellst damit die Grundlage für Analysen sicher, die der Leistungsbewertung dienen und darauf basierend die Prozessoptimierungsvorschläge liefern.
- Du verfügst über erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Logistik und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit Standard-Logistiksoftwares.
- Du bringst analytische, problemlösende und organisatorische Fähigkeiten mit.
- Du freust Dich 3 Tage die Woche in unser Kölner Headquarter zu kommen.
- Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch.
