You have finished your studies or are about to do so and are looking forward to contributing your acquired knowledge and your creative ideas to our company without committing yourself to a specific job?

Over a period of 15 months, you will gain an insight into the global finance and controlling functions of Evonik Industries AG and get to know the work processes in an international group by working at various locations.

You will be accompanied by experienced colleagues as mentors in your area of assignment. In addition, you will develop your technical and methodological skills onthejob and offthejob in workshops, seminars, and your own projects.
You will have the opportunity to get involved in a project on social and / or sustainable issues. These activities take place together with other Evonik trainees. From your first day on the job, you will have the opportunity to expand your network and lay the foundation for your career start in the areas of controlling and finance An intensive stay abroad is also an integral part of the program.

The final selection of applicants will take place on 06./07. June 2023 as part of a digital assessment center, which we will conduct predominantly in German. You can start our trainee program in August, September or October 2023.

Requirements:

You have completed your master's degree in business administration or industrial engineering with a focus on financial management, controlling and/or accounting with above
average results

You have first practical experience (e.g. through internships), knowledge in the area of digitalization/ predictive forecasting/ big data analytics You can already prove your mobility by first experiences abroad, we require business fluent German and English in word and writing Your operational as well as procedural understanding with regard to end2end responsibility is strong You look at issues holistically and from different perspectives and independently develop creative solutions from them Your strengths include a high level of interpersonal skills and empathy, as well as a strong sense of responsibility You have very good communication skills, you are a team playerYour ApplicationCompany is
