Let's do something about it - together.

Tasks

  • Work closely with Founders to continue optimizing the sales process for our market.
  • Become a strategic partner to our sales team, working together to test sales messaging, refine our value proposition, and execute our gotomarket strategy.
  • Grow far beyond the "standard BD" role by being involved in projects to help scale the sales/marketing team.
  • Leverage byways' powerful network to establish relationships with new customers.
  • Master our CRM system to analyze your own performance through activity and metrics.

Requirements:


  • Hunger for growing and learning. Ideal for students.
  • Fluent in the German and English languages.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Traits of a selfstarter and resultoriented personality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Take the initiative and work autonomously with minimum guidance.
