• Gives instructions to employees on the correct handling of the materials in the process flow.
• Responsibility for compliance with work processes and instructions.
• Personnel management.
• Compliance with the process descriptions, work instructions and use of the correct forms.
• Induction and training of new and existing employees according to appropriate specifications.
• Compliance with the statutory accident prevention regulations.
• Monitor order fulfilment and report problems to shift management.
• Ensuring the responsible handling of companyowned equipment.
• Participation in process improvement measures.
• Participation in special tasks and projects.
• Reporting damage and complaints.

• Successfully completed technical training.
• Experience in logistics, sequencing, line supply and/or supply chain management.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding sector is strongly preferred.
• You enjoy working in a varied work environment for a global customer in a 3shift system.
• You have a high degree of personal responsibility, independence and planning and organizational skills.
• You have a dynamic, goaloriented, and teamoriented personality with good communication skills and are resilient.
• Fluent language skills both spoken and written in English, German is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills written and oral to deal with a wide range of customers, both internal and external.
