Your assignments:

Responsible for the Digital Toolchain used by our digital teams regarding the development of new digital products and support platforms to enhance collaboration and communication of cross functional teams
Establish the proper ceremonies related to the Digital Governance (Global Councils, LATs, etc.) through strong agile principles and user centric concepts
Gather feedbacks from key users and implement them to enhance our digital toolchain ecosystem
Collaborate with verticals product management (inCenter, Home & Critical Care) and the Global PMO team to establish the proper framework related to Data Governance
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex digital governance roadblocks
Analyze the AsIs digital governance principles and define an agile digital governance ToBe scenario
Present and defend Digital Governance to be defined to peers and executive level stakeholders
Advocate on behalf of the digital governance process regarding out digital products
Establish and promote digital governance guidelines, best practices as well as standards and contribute to the global Fresenius Digital Community
Contribute to our Digital Strategy and Vision

Your profile:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or similar
Preferably experience in the healthcare sector, also in IT/Digital product management environments
IT Skills regarding program and project management software solutions
Technical knowledge about digital development processes through agile frameworks and main global IT solution providers (SAP, Microsoft, Atlassian, etc.)
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and international team
Proficiency in English and one additional language preferred
Willingness to travel
