- Collaborate closely with clients to identify needs and requirements for implementation projects
- Provide real value by solving difficult and complex challenges in CRM processes for clients
- Work with other consultants and experts on multiple client projects throughout the entire project lifecycle (initiation, design, analysis, planning, implementation, evaluation)
- Understand business requirements and propose solutions using technology tools
- Create a functional model and project plan based on provided information
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar position in the IT field
- Experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) & Retail Execution modules
- Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce platform products (Core Clouds, Platform, or other industry-specific Clouds) with at least 2 years of experience
- Experience in leading the process of implementing IT solutions for CRM processes
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Salesforce certifications
- Agile project management certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.)
