• QA and Food Safety, Germany

Our Client is a world leader in _airline catering_ and hospitality, operating in multiple countries around the globe.

The new vacancy became available for an experienced _Quality Manager_. You will join an airline catering site with around 50 employees. All type of food is managed on-site, incl. all temperatures, and food specialities, e.g. halal.

You will observe and manage the existing site's HACCP plan, ensure all CCP and CPs are well maintained, and all employees are fully trained and follow Food Safety procedures.

You will deal with customers and German authorities during and after audits.

You will support the corporate team and colleagues from other sites in continuous improvement projects to build a strong Quality and Food Safety Culture within an organisation.

As the business grows, you will also build and manage a bigger QA and food safety team on site.
