We are looking for you, located in Trier (with 50% Homeoffice option) as a

User Experience Designer (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities:

Conducting user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users
Designing the interactions and workflows that users will experience when interacting with a product or service
Designing the visual elements of a product, such as color schemes, typography, and imagery
Conducting user tests to evaluate the design and identify areas for improvement
Work and collaborate with product managers, development leads and designers and translate findings into bold, actionable insights
Champion and defend the voice of the user, and advocate a usercentric design approach

Your qualifications and skill requirements:

BSc in Design, Psychology, Cognitive Science, HCI or other relevant field
Previous experience in working within a B2B context and/or within the healthcare domain is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You can get your ideas across to a variety of audiences
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Strong collaborator, with proven ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholders including designers, researchers, product leads and engineers
Attention to detail, patience, and aesthetic sensibility
Working proficiency in English language is required
