Reporting to the AML/KYC Operations Manager (UK), this new role for Raisin UK will be responsible for working within the 1st Line AML/KYC Team.

You will be responsible for protecting the business against the threat of financial crime by supporting the AML/KYC Operations Manager in carrying out AML checks, monitoring and screening of Raisin UK's customers.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Investigate PEP, sanction and adverse media alerts on behalf of the business. Make recommendations on actions to be undertaken including enhanced due diligence checks.
  • Conduct Transaction Monitoring reviews to identify suspicious activity.
  • Maintain a good level of knowledge on financial crime prevention policies and processes.
  • Contribute to the overall continuous improvement and development of the AML/KYC Operations Team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relating to, but not limited to, financial crime and investigation procedures.

Your Profile:


  • Currently enrolled in a Law/Business degree programme.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance procedures.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
