ABOUT US
You will join the Customer Services department.

We are responsible for the management of all after sales activities from Airbus Cabin Electronics' and KID Systeme GmbH's products.

Both companies are fully owned by Airbus (employment contract Airbus Operations GmbH).


You will be part of the Customer Services Central team, a small group of experts in charge of the monitoring and improvement of the overall after sales services performance, processes, strategic projects, pricing, marketing and internal communications, steering IT improvements, customer portal and financial controlling tasks.

You report directly to the Head of Customer Services.


The Central Team supports a department of 80 employees distributed in 5 operational teams in charge of services sales and administration, technical support and a worldwide network of repair stations.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

We seek someone who can support our teams to raise our efficiency through process optimization, tools improvement and upskilling.


YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as Customer Services Process Representative (f/d/m): support process mapping, identify change needs, communications to all stakeholders, participation in Change Boards
  • Engage and create a network with related stakeholders in all functional areas in our site (Quality, Production, IT, Procurement, Finance, Project Management ) and across our teams and partners
  • Ensure the implementation of customer interfacing IT tools and their evolution. Business local administrator
  • Identification of operational improvement needs from customer feedback and performance root cause analysis
  • Deployment of improvement plans and actions in agreement with the business lines: small projects, process changes, methods and tools changes
  • Dissemination of best practices and latest industry standards. Cross fertilizations between different teams and partners
  • Generate appropriate communications (All-Staff meetings, departmentsite, newsletters, events, customer letters and presentations...)
  • Ensure performance data reporting from our repair stations globally and facilitate its analysis
  • Gsuite Champion for our community of users
  • Facilitate process awareness and performance improvement workshops

YOU BRING:

  • Past experience in Customer Services, Supply Chain, Quality or Procurement. Ideally, you already have some experience managing processes
  • Completed university degree in supply chain, business or a comparable work experience
  • You are an excellent communicator and you enjoy sharing your knowledge and training others. Solid facilitation skills are required
  • Curiosity and capacity to drive changes in an international and fast moving environment
  • Ability to engage with people and to listen
  • Digital skills: basic knowledge of programming languages, data analysis tools (Skywise, Qlick ) or SAP will be valued but it is not mandatory
  • Project Management experience or a basic qualification
  • High level of energy and persistence
  • Structured and autonomous way of working
  • Business fluent English is mandatory. German and other languages (desirable)
