With growing number of strategic programmes and initiatives we seek for better cross functional alignment, resource planning, and discipline in execution.

Building on Strategic Plan, we need to strengthen the process around decision making and make sure we have a clear overview of all initiatives and their interdependencies, timing, progress on execution and information sharing (e.g. learnings, best practices, comms.).

We need to build the clear process around prioritization, mature our internal project management capability and make sure that all initiatives are clearly linked to our Strategy.

  • We are looking for a talented allround Project Management Officer who is interested to bring our project maturity and strategy execution to the next level in our fastgrowing business. As the Project Management Officer, you will directly report to the Chief Transformation Officer of HEINEKEN Germany.

  • Main responsibilities

  • Guide and influence strategic decisionmaking through insightful prioritization map, based on the strategic priorities & business performance
  • Making sure we have a clear link among number of initiatives, establish the monthly drumbeat, SteerCos and standards for all projects, provide guidance and templates
  • Run Management Team sessions and/or add content to company Townhalls on prioritizations per Quarter and challenge both Management Team and Line Manager
  • Establish Tailgates per projects, business case templates and benefits tracking
  • Continuously monitor and develop insights on the quantitative and qualitative performance
  • Communicate insights, best practices, learnings etc. through the preparation and delivery of streamlined reporting
  • Setup a Project Managers community in which bestpractices and learnings are shared
  • Foster Agile way of working


  • Your profile

  • For this role, we are looking for an energized and entrepreneurial person who is experienced in working in an international environment.
  • A Master degree and ~3 years experience in Project Management
  • Strong analytical skills and Tech affinity
  • A Growth mindset and experience with Agile, OKR Framework
  • Strong interpersonal/communication/influencing skills
  • Is fluent in English and proficient in German
