Responsibilities:


  • In the role of "Product Owner Sales Cloud (M/F/d)
  • Salesforce", you are responsible for contributing to our overall goal for our customer platform: We create a 360° view of the customer across Marketing, Sales and Service as basis for customer insights; to enable data based decision making and to foster a true omnichannel approach.
  • You develop and manage the Sales Cloud product vision and roadmap as a member of the EMEA Customer Platform team. This is done in close alignment with businesses, functions, regions and other product owners.
  • You carry the product ownership and drive enhancements, consolidate, evaluate and prioritize product requirements, own the product backlog, refine and prioritize user stories for the Sales Cloud.
  • You challenge the status quo and identify optimization potential continuously, understand innovations (e.g. new features) and derive future priorities/direction.
  • You collect and consolidate change requests, facilitate feasibility evaluation, act as empowered business advocate, take platformrelated decisions with a businessfocus, support the tool implementation, test functionalities and grant acceptance on behalf of business.
  • You participate regularly in agile ceremonies like e.g. Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review and Sprint Retro, manage business and IT stakeholders as well as Subject Matter Experts centrally and locally.
  • You significantly contribute to business rollout, change, communication and training/enablement activities.
  • You serve as first point of contact for key users with regard to the Sales Cloud, facilitate a product related network of key stakeholders incl. knowledge transfer and best practice sharing
Your qualification

  • You have at least 35 years of relevant experience in owning CRM products, preferably Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • You have good business (process) knowledge regarding sales processes of complex capital and disposable products
  • You have proven experience in leading and managing projects in international environments as well as knowledge and experience in agile methodologies
  • You have very good communications skills and are fluent in English both written and spoken
  • You are able to lead and engage with business, functional, regional and IT stakeholders
  • You are an interdisciplinary team player and a good decision maker (priority setting, 'power of no')
  • Your strengths include a high level of customer and results orientation, a strong handson mentality, and the ability to work on multiple parallel workstreams
