You will be part of the team in Bonn with colleagues in CZ, MY, US and MX.

Your tasks

Support Compensation & Benefits tasks and look for opportunities to optimize and automate processes and tools.
Complete job evaluations, salary increases, salary benchmarks, by collecting internal and external data as needed

Your profile

Minimum Bachelor Degree in business administration, IT, Finance, or a comparable course of study with a focus on data analytics (matriculation required)
Microsoft Excel (Macros, VBA/Power Query) Advanced (Indispensable)
PowerBI Intermediate (Desired)
Compensation & Benefits Basic (Desired)
Team Player, very good analytical, organizational and communication skills, reliable, ability to manage sensitive confidential data
