As a result of our current expansion, we have a vacancy for a:


  • Client Account Assistant (m/w/d)
Full-time/Part-time


We are looking for an outgoing person who can contribute to and support the planning, co-ordination, and delivery of the Client Account Management activities.


The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience preferably in an administrative role that includes invoicing and credit control in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support in the preparation of invoices
  • Support with the credit control process
  • Preparation of work orders and change orders and following up with clients on contracts and work orders
  • Monitor time tracking data base
  • Monitor project budgets and project invoice tracking
  • General office duties, as needed
You will be based in the Frankfurt office (some hybrid working is optional).

Remuneration will be relative to the level of experience, including all standard benefits, a private pension plan, free weekly yoga, and more.
