For our People Operations Team in Berlin or Hamburg, we are looking for a full-time
Junior People & Culture Operations Specialist (div/f/m) who is an empathetic organizational talent and helps shape an excellent employee journey.


As a Junior People & Culture Operations Specialist (div/f/m), you will work with the People & Culture Operations team to create a unique employee journey experience for our teams.

You will be responsible for fullfiling processes to make them as easy and pleasant as possible for all stakeholders.


You will be the first point of contact for cross-site administrative HR tasks and actively support the team lead to proactively map and drive forward strategic topics and projects together with the team.


You are the first point of contact for employees with questions related to People & Culture Operations, participate in the onboarding processes for our newbies and different projects & tasks.


Your new tasks:


  • Supporting activities / administration: employment contracts, contract adjustments of employees, certificate creation and much more
  • Competence development within the People & Culture team and the stakeholders regarding labor law and social security issues
  • Support preparatory Payroll as well as its optimization
  • HR Tools: Data maintenance & changes to HR tools, HR tool configuration & reporting
  • On
- & Offboarding: Execution of processes (Employee
- & Toolfacing)

  • Active support of your teamlead
  • Contact for employees & leads for people operations topic

YOU

  • Have first experience in the people operations/admin area and set yourself high standards in your work
  • Always act in a serviceoriented and professional manner
  • Work and think in a structured and solutionoriented way
  • Are experienced and confident in stakeholder management
  • Are open to travel to our company locations within Germany
  • Have indepth knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Have experience in preparatory payroll
  • Have an accurate working approach
  • Enjoy presenting our topics within & outside the P&C team
  • Understand People & Culture as a service and enjoy operative employee support
  • Have an irrepressible passion for structured People & Culture processes, adhere to People & Culture standard processes; qualitative and often timecritical implementation and documentation are important to you
  • Are proficient in preparatory payroll accounting
  • Have a very good command of English and you speak
    german on native level:
  • Have the desire to get involved and network on an international level
