What you will do- Contribute as process designer/architect in product development projects, together in a multi-disciplinary team with product experts, process and production engineers as well as quality engineers- Develop modules and wafer fabrication processes for discrete power products like diodes, MOSFET based on SiC- Drive complex situations to team solutions- Lead projects that execute process development tasks- Build up know how (technical & procedures) in silicon wafer products and processes- Build up and maintain external and internal contacts in own field of experience- Investigate competitor processes and technologies

What you will need- Minimum Master's degree in engineering field, preferably in microelectronics or semiconductor physics- Minimum 5 years relatable work experience depending on educational credentials- Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology with focus on SiC- Hands on experience in wafer processing at the required equipment- Able to solve complex tasks with high accuracy- Team player with a strong drive to achieve success- Good organization and planning skills- Good communication skills and fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
