As a Senior Director (M/F/d), you will be leading a team of account managers responsible for a growing portfolio of Financial Services accounts.

You are strategic, resilient, engaging with people and a natural self-starter.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Act as the leader and Account Manager with clients, internal teams, and Sales Leads
Align with EPAM Account Managers to codevelop / support Account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
Manage and develop team competency coverage through crosstraining, leadership development and succession planning
Serve as an expert Consultant leading Business Transformation/Product strategy and roadmaps
Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects clients' business and initiatives
Shape the overall solutions, properly scoping goals and initiatives, strategizing pricing engagements, establishing optimal operating models and project team organization
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within the overall account/client portfolios
Develop the vision for EPAM's Business Unit goals and objectives, support company financial goals by achieving revenue and profit targets

REQUIREMENTS:

10+ years of demonstrated experience in the strategic development and growth of a region or Financial Services industry portfolio
Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to the team
Experience in managing and monitoring performance metrics across global enterprise client accounts and account portfolios
Exceptional leadership/management skills and superb oral and written communication skills, with seasoned presentation skills in German and English
Strong industry knowledge or experience with particular emphasis on strategy, consulting, team management and product development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to manage client engagements under high stress to successful completion
