The Legal Department (4 lawyers) is looking for a senior labour lawyer (up to 100%) with experience in multiple jurisdictions to take responsibility over all labour-related matters including employee dataprotection matters and labour related compliance.

• Die Rechtsabteilung (4 Juristen) sucht einen Arbeitsrechtler (bis zu 100 %) mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in mehreren Rechtsordnungen, der die Verantwortung für alle arbeitsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten einschließlich des Arbeitnehmerdatenschutzes und relevante Compliance übernimmt._

The role includes/requires

• Responsibility for all labour law matters and labour related compliance within the Group.
• Experience in drafting and maintaining template labour contracts for subsidiaries located in Switzerland, EU, Asia and USA.
• Drafting and maintaining HR data protection policies.
• Monitoring relevant legal and regulatory developments
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory labour issues (e.g. inform and train employees on whistleblower directive, dataprotection, etc.).
• Negotiating the termination of employment contracts.
• Selecting and liaising with external lawyers.

We expect you to be pro-active, pragmatic, responsible and flexible.

You should
- have a law degree, preferably from a European university.
- have at least 5 years of professional experience in labour-related matters.

• Have at least 2 years of professional experience in employee data protectionrelated matters.
• Perfect command of English and excellent command in German or Italian (writing and oral).
