As part of the Thinkproject Group, Conclude is a high-quality service provider for innovative software solutions for demanding construction projects.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for full-time support for our location in Wuppertal.

What your day will look like

You are an expert in the area of cost control for construction projects and advise the customer regarding the implementation of his processes in our software solutions
You lead workshops and create the functional and technical concept of the workshops and create the functional and technical concept of the TPCONTROL modules
You are responsible for the quality control and the acceptance of the implemented system by the customer
You are responsible for the creation of a customerspecific documentation, which is handed over to the customer upon acceptance
You remain the first point of contact for the customer when it comes to structural adjustments to the defined processes
Customer satisfaction is close to your heart. You analyze existing processes, implement your own ideas and thus contribute to a continuously increasing customer satisfaction.
You record customer feedback and pass it on to the appropriate stakeholders

What you need to fulfill the role

You have a university degree in civil engineering or economics with a focus on cost management or controlling (or a similar course of study)
You have experience in dealing with clients and a passion for consulting
Ideally, you have several years of experience in the area of cost control of construction projects
You understand how to provide excellent service to our customers and are highly serviceoriented
You like to bring in your own ideas and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
You are communicative, enjoy working in a team and describe your way of working as reliable, structured and independent.
Last but not least, you have a very good command of German and English.
