- Lead value stream mapping exercises to identify current state processes, analyze value-added and non-value-added activities, and develop future state maps to drive process improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve overall process efficiency within value streams.
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve process issues.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting lean methodologies, facilitating problem-solving workshops, and empower cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the fulfillment team and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Natural leadership skills to drive bottom-up engagement & daily involvement of shop floor/employees to drive kaizen/continuous improvements
- Ensure work and food safety in accordance with legal guidelines and quality criteria
- No nonsense attitude towards 5s (cleaning, organized etc) attitude & skilled in training, coaching & implementing these standards improvements
- University degree, preferably in engineering or supply chain management.
- Bring at least 6 years of experience in large-scale warehousing operations, with a preference for automation expertise.
- Demonstrate at least 5 years of hands-on experience in lean management and/or value stream design, including relevant certification.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Strong analytical capabilities, proficient in data analysis tools such as Tableau and Excel.
- Hands-on mentality, translating ideas into action and leading by example to drive success.
- Fluent proficiency in both English and German languages.
