- Managing and optimizing the use of automated technologies and systems within the fulfillment center, including robotics, conveyor systems, and warehouse management software.

- Implementing quality control measures to ensure that orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped according to customer requirements and quality standards.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and labor productivity to track performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting lean methodologies, facilitating problem-solving workshops, and empower cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the fulfilment team and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- No nonsense attitude towards 5s (cleaning, organized etc) attitude & skilled in training, coaching & implementing these standards improvements
- University degree, preferably in engineering or supply chain management.
- Bring at least 10 years of experience in large-scale warehousing operations, with a preference for automation expertise.
- Demonstrate more than 5 years of hands-on experience in lean management and/or value stream design, including relevant LEAN certification.
- Showcase a proven track record of successful leadership, managing teams exceeding 1000 employees, with at least 50 in leadership roles.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Strong analytical capabilities, proficient in data analysis tools such as Tableau and Excel.
- Hands-on mentality, translating ideas into action and leading by example to drive success.
- Fluent proficiency in both English and German languages.
