Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Development Representative to drive growth and engagement within our community.

Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels

Engage prospects, introduce them to balthasart's offerings, and qualify leads

Understand customer needs and pain points to tailor our solutions effectively

Keep accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets


Requirements:

Native German speaker or C2 level proficiency in German
