Singleron's EU branch is seeking motivated and ambitious talent in the field of single cell and next generation sequencing, diagnostics, and bioinformatics.

Logistic coordinator/logistician (M/F/D)

Responsibilities:

Plan/prepare shipments based on product availability and customer requests
Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
Prepare shipping documents (like invoices and purchase orders)
Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize the quality of delivery
Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers
Provide information to customers about the status of their orders

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English and German
Must possess the organizational skills to multitask and meet deadlines as needed
Excellent computer skills, especially Excel
Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently
