Responsibilities:

Planning and keeping track of production deadlines
Creating weekly packages in SAP
Monitoring stocks and triggering internal and external orders
Initiating capacity adjustments via the production assistant
Carrying out BI evaluations
Maintaining material master data in SAP
Actively implementing projects and LEAN measures

Qualifications:

Successfully completed commercial vocational training, preferably as an industrial clerk or comparable qualification.
Alternatively, industrialtechnical training with as well as successfully completed further training
Very good user skills in SAP, ideally in the modules PP, SD and MM
Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel, as well as experience in the Business Intelligence environment
Confident and convincing appearance towards external and internal customers
Good oral and written communication skills in German and English
