Perfeggt is on a mission to solve the chicken-egg problem once and for all. With our plant-based egg products, we want to conquer the European market and make sustainable food easy and delicious for everyone.
We are looking for a highly-driven
Food Technology/ Product Development Intern (M/F/d) to help us develop the egg of tomorrow.
Your natural curiosity and your versatile working mode make you the ideal R&D team member to help create outstanding products.
As an integral part of our R&D team, you have the chance to uniquely contribute to a new generation of plant-based products that will disrupt the food system as we know it.
Your responsibilities
During your internship you will support our R&D team in the development of innovative plant-based products, research relevant literature and work with novel raw materials.
You will execute different types of tests for understanding plant protein and fat systems on a new innovative level.
You will create samples, develop prototypes and assist in the development of the product roadmap.
Support and accompany the product development from pilot tests in the lab to tests in production
With the help of our sensory experts you will conduct sensory training with our internal panel to conduct data while developing new products.
From time to time you will support the preparation of events e.g. market research tests or fairs.You will create verbal and written accounts of research results and effectively communicate relevant findings to different stakeholders.

You are a Bachelor or Master student in Food Technology (Lebensmitteltechnologie) or a related field.
You have a strong passion for food and enthusiastically follow the latest trends in the food industry
You are hungry to create stellar products necessary to shake up the current food system and generate true impact.
You possess an agile mindset and are adaptable. Thanks to your entrepreneurial hands-on attitude you thrive in a dynamic culture.
You have impeccable communication skills, are a supportive team player and know how to give and receive feedback constructively.
You are fluent (speaking and writing) in English.
