Who We Are:

We are Nymph, a dating app dedicated to the open-minded, designed to connect individuals within the kink and polyamorous communities.

Our team consists of six engineers who balance a playful attitude with a hardworking ethos. We conduct weekly calls to monitor progress and maintain close collaboration. We foster a culture that values both innovation and individuality. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and pays very close attention to the details.


Who You Are:

We are seeking someone who passionate about our project and is ready and willing to learn on the job and to take on a wide array of tasks.

The main areas of work will be in Customer Service, UX Research, Project Management, and QA. The main task in this role will be fielding user support requests, feedback, and bug reports.

You will be responsible for communicating with users on a daily basis, taking in feedback, and bug reports and helping the team manage them in our issue tracking on Github.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer service inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Accurately document and report bugs to the development team, following up as necessary to ensure resolution.
• Assist in the execution of quality assurance tests, contributing to the maintenance of high product standards.
• Manage and organize the project task list, ensuring that all tasks are prioritized, assigned, and completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with team members across all departments to ensure project goals are met and processes are streamlined.

Tools and Technologies:

• Experience with project management software such as Github, Trello, or Jira etc
• Proficient with bug tracking tools like Shakebugs
• Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
