- Sie lernen das komplette Bewerbermanagement kennen: Von dem Erstellen der Anzeigen, der eigenständigen Vorselektion der Bewerbungen bis hin zur Einstellung geeigneter Kandidaten
- Sie unterstützen uns in der Personalbetreuung und lernen hier die arbeitsrechtlichen Grundzüge der Personalarbeit kennen
- Sie sind Student oder haben Ihr Studium bereits beendet, idealerweise mit personalwirtschaftlicher Vertiefung
- Sie sind bereit vor dem Traineeship ein 3-monatiges Praktikum zu absolvieren
- Sie haben Interesse am Recruiting und möchten dazulernen und sich einbringen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Teamfähigkeit aus
Sie können sehr gute Englisch- (C1) und Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2+) vorweisen - Internationale Kunden und Kollegen
