- Configure and support Workday and other packaged applications based on business requirements.
- Build, test, implement and maintain Workday integrations with other applications and maintain vendor communications.
- Modify, maintain, and modernize existing integrations
- Conduct business analysis, gather and document requirements, perform UAT and obtain sign-off for production deployment
- Evaluate new software versions and plan for upgrades and patches.
- Maintain technical documentation, data flows and test results.
- Schedule and monitor integrations.
- Assist in developing calculated fields, proactive reports, dashboards and metrics that offer strategic insights for HR and functional leaders.
- Design and develop custom BIRT statements within HCM and Recruiting areas as needed.
- Mentor, guide, and actively share knowledge across all team members to enhance in-house expertise.
- Provide frequent and clear communications regarding the status of initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed of changes and work that is in progress.
- Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with object-oriented languages (Java, .NET, Apex), Visualforce, SQL Server and Javascript.
- Experience with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Report Designer, PICOF/PECI, Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards).
- 5+ years' experience with Workday integration experience in HCM and Recruiting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Proven ability in business analysis and integration solution design, including the development of detailed requirements documentation.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and time management skills. In addition, the ability to work independently, possess superior initiative, excellent written, and verbal communication skills.
