In order to strengthen our global, dynamic and motivated team, we are looking for student* support for the Chief Information Security Office.
- Essential Functions_
- Lead transformation projects by yourself for our team into an automated Microsoft Universe.
- Operational support of the team in Management System Consulting, especially in the areas of Business Continuity Management (ISO22301), Quality (ISO9001) and Sustainability (ISO14001).
- You take over tasks in the operative daytoday business (e.g. preparing internal Audits). Communication and gathering information from Business Units are also part of this.
- With an eye for automation, you will create and update documentation.
- You support us in the concept development to implementation requirements from different regulatory.
- Researching new standards, summarizing, and presenting them independently.
- Requirements_
- You are a student* of Business Administration, Information Technology or similar.
- Ideally, you already have first knowledge in Microsoft Universe with Power Automate and/or Power-BI.
- Do you already have some practical experience in any Management Systems? Otherwise, we will teach you the necessary skills.
- You are communicative, a team player* who likes to laugh and attach importance to appreciative teamwork.
- You speak fluent English. German is a plus but not needed.
