Proclinical are recruiting for a Process Development Project Lead to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Leipzig.

Responsibilities:

Accountable for both process and product transfers to Dessau, their integration into routine production, and arrangement of process validation actions in the GMP setting.
Work alongside both local and global divisions, particularly quality control functions, production, engineering, R&D, in the framework of project work and daytoday routines.
You will arrange and track work packages with both internal and external partners.
Aid and contribute to both internal audits such as selfinspections, as well as external audits, such as authorities, notified bodies, etc.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a scientific field, ideally in biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or biotech with demonstrable experience in product development actions and project management within a regulated setting.
Familiarity within industry in a GMPcompliant setting.
Acquaintance within process development, design, scaleup, process optimisation and validation would be preferable.
A result focused work approach within a global setting.
Fluency in both German and English.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Computer literacy.
Works well both independently as well as in a team.
Capable of managing own time efficiently.
