About the role


We are looking for a Brand Expansion Lead who can partner with various cross-functional teams to align on cohesive sales strategy that integrates all products and offerings into the unybrands portfolio to attain annual targets.

This includes partnering closely with Brand Strategy on the product roadmap, identifying opportunities for improvement on existing in-market sales activities, collaborating with other teams to better understand macro sales trends to inform monetization strategies, and spearheading all market expansion opportunities.


Responsibilities include - but not limited to:

  • Support and lead the execution to expand brand distribution and brand presence cross border on multiple marketplace platforms beyond Amazon and wholesale.
  • Research and analyze business trends, customer data and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Identify, scope and drive critical projects and initiatives that help drive revenue in a scalable manner.
  • Support management in strategic, operational planning and ensure decisions align overall business sales approach and goals.
  • Support development of any new integrated marketing and content offerings that are aligned with our overall GTM strategy and existing JBP strategy.
  • Determine the appropriate GTM strategy and operational integration of new products, content experiences or marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with the brand team to develop necessary narratives around key sales initiatives such as our seasonal and annual joint business planning (JBP) strategy.
  • Work crossfunctionally with Brand Management, New Product Development, Creative and Supply Chain teams to guide and share status updates with any new market and or product initiatives. Including to make sure product inventory is sufficient with launch into different markets with Supply Chain.

A successful team member will have:

  • BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required.
  • 3+ years work experience in media industry, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience with data driven marketing is a plus.
  • Experience developing quantitative analysis and delivering actionable insights.
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills, that enable you to use data to develop, validate and measure multichannel campaigns.
  • Has strong communication/interpersonal skills and is able to build relationships and influence crossfunctionally.
  • Experienced in developing longterm media strategies based on data insights
  • Ambitious selfstarter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for excellence and delivery of result
