Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for the delivery of regional sales and PC margin for the assigned direct customers in DACH and the entire regional Home and Personal Care business in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa)


Collaborates closely with all organization functions (Marketing, Product Management, R&D, regulatory and other support functions) in order to achieve targets.


Implementation of sales and marketing business plan strategies in regional area of responsibility/country so that product and volume potential can be realized.

Drives the success not only of the directly assigned accounts but ensures the positive development of the EMEA team's objectives


Achieve agreed financial and commercial objectives for the assigned direct customers as well as the entire Home and Personal Care business in EMEA.

Participates actively in development and implementation of strategic and tactical marketing and sales business plans that increase gross profit and expand market share.


Maintain and develop major customers by providing commercial and technical support and creating customer visit reports and regular sales summaries and market information Drive new business opportunities within the team and define actions for their delivery (communicate through SFDC) Accurate forecasting and demand planning for the assigned direct accounts as well as the entire EMEA HPC business.
