The role:


We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Product Management to lead and shape our Cart, Personalization, and Customer Feedback product domains at HelloFresh.

As the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of product initiatives that enhance the customer shopping experience, optimize the cart and checkout process, and deliver personalized recommendations that resonate with our diverse customer base.

You will lead a team of experienced Product Managers and be responsible for delivery the roadmaps and strategy for at least three engineering teams.


What you'll do:

Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of product managers, fostering collaboration, growth, and a culture of innovation. Provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of value for customers and business.

Customer Centricity: Champion a user-centric approach to product development, leveraging customer insights, data analysis, and feedback to continually iterate and optimize the cart and personalization experiences.

Innovation and Experimentation:Encourage a culture of experimentation and innovation within our broader HelloTech organization. Implement A/B testing and other methods to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement.

Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Cart and Personalization domains that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives. Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities to deliver innovative and differentiated solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Customer Experience to ensure quality of end-to-end delivery of product initiatives to our customers. Foster strong communication and alignment across teams.

Relentless Prioritization: Define and prioritize the product roadmap for the Cart and Personalization domains. Make informed decisions based on market research, user research, data analysis, and business objectives. Ensure that product features and enhancements are delivered on time and within scope.

Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with executive leadership and commercial partners to communicate product strategies, milestones, and results. Influence decision-making by presenting data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.


What you'll bring:


  • Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex product initiatives in ecommerce or related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing highperforming product management teams.
  • Strong understanding of cart and checkout processes, as well as personalization strategies and techniques. A deep expertise of technical concepts related to product development, including software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning
  • Experience collaborating directly with Data Science teams to deliver personalized product recommendations leveraging user behavior, purchase history, and demographic insights to craft tailored shopping experiences that delights customers and drives business value. Analyze the effectiveness of recommendation models through rigorous A/B testing and user feedback, iterating to continuously improve the accuracy and relevance of our personalized suggestions.
