The Team:

The Alternatives team, within the Products, Platform and Sustainable Solutions (PPSS) group of the International Private Bank (IPB) is responsible for building and developing an alternatives proposition for a broad range of private clients globally.

You will be part of a core team with senior management to help build deliver and innovate new alternative offerings to our clients.

You will work with multiple internal stakeholders across the IPB including in Advisory and Sales (A&S) and our Chief Investment Office and team to deliver the proposition and a motivated self-starter is key to the role.

Your responsibilities**:

Coordinate globally the successful delivery of alternative products (e

g:
private equity/VC, real assets, private credit) across all stages of the product structuring lifecycle, from product design to implementation and successful marketing launch

Serve as the central point of contact for external fund managers during the entire product launch phase
Manage crossfunctional project teams of internal stakeholders comprising offering management, legal, compliance, technology and operations experts as well as regional product management experts with a view to ensure a product launch
Improve the product launch process and collaborate with fund managers and external structuring providers to deliver scalable, robust solutions

Your qualifications:

Significant experience in delivering alternative investment products (e.g. Lux RAIF and ELTIFs) to clients in various markets gained by working either at a leading fund manager, bank or other financial services firm
Strong interest in markets, asset management, and understanding of traditional and alternative asset classes
Strong communication (verbally & written), interpersonal and organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage crossfunctional teams based in various locations with a view to deliver products to market within the designated timeframe
Team player that is selfmotivated and has ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent in English and German
