JOB PROFILE:


WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US:


  • The department Shared Accounting Solutions (SAS) executes in international, virtual teams bundled highquality accounting services crossborder for 8 Eckes-Granini countries. SAS is divided into three streams (lead by Head of SAS Europe): Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and General Ledger (and support the local Chief Accountants who mainly focus on closing and tax topics).
  • We are looking for the next Accounts Receivables Team Lead as part of the Shared Accounting Solutions management team. In this role you are beside team leading mainly responsible for the Accounts Receivables process, meaning Cash Allocation, Cash Collection, Credit Risk Management and Dispute Management
  • Workplace can be any Eckes-Granini location. Preferably Spain (Barcelona), Hungary (Budapest), Germany (Rhine-Mainregion), Sweden (Gothenburg). There is the possibility to work hybrid (partly in our office and remote).

Team leading:


  • Lead (remote) a team of 10 international team members
  • Support, manage, develop and coach the team in line with targets and expectations
  • Monitoring work execution and improving work results
  • Regular communication and alignment with local and HQ functions
  • Enable the SAS organization's efficient operaton and success
  • Ensure that AR tasks are in line with defined RACI chart
  • Manage daytoday operations
  • Define or develop (accounting related) best practice processes crosscountry
  • Ensure availability of adquate process documentation (SLA's and RACI's)
  • Execute the MBO process
  • Enable recruitment, training, onboarding and development of new team members

Projects:


  • Further development of the SAS targets (efficiency and compliance)
  • Continuous analysis and optimization of accounting processes in running business
  • Coordination and execution of projects
  • Representing SAS in other projects

CONDITIONS:


YOU BRING IT WITH YOU:


  • Completed business studies with a focus on accouting or commercial training
  • At least 35 years of relevant professional experience in leadership responsibilities; preferable in international context
  • Ability to lead teams through the current transformation process (basic understanding of e.g. change management)
  • Knowledge of accounts receivables desirable
  • Understanding of processes
  • Experience in project work
  • Very good user knowledge regarding SAP ECC and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • English (business fluent), further European languages preferred
