Delivery Hero is looking for a
Senior Sourcing Specialist (f/m/d) to join our European Quick Commerce business. Delivery Hero Europe consists of 9 different country organisations and is led by a regional team in Berlin. Delivery Hero's businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions.

Your mission:

You work with the regional & local commercial teams to implement and maintain the defined strategy and ensure we are sourcing the ideal assortment from the best suppliers
You identify new suppliers, and opportunities to combine sourcing for some of the key products and/ or from main suppliers across multiple countries
You build strong relationships with regional suppliers (FMCGs, wholesalers) that can be leveraged locally and support relationship building at a local level
You will continuously analyse and optimise existing processes and develop solutions to improve them
You analyse key operational and sales metrics to identify sourcing improvement areas and then search for new suppliers for defined products
You work on crossfunctional projects and engage with multiple business units

Your heroic skills:

3+ years of professional experience in procurement/buying in retail in a European context
You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or economic field of study or comparable academic education
You convince through your negotiation skills and your ability to communicate with suppliers, stakeholders, and customers.
Your project management skills enable you to easily achieve project goals and adapt to different corporate cultures through your flexible working style.
You identify, analyse and solve ambiguous problems independently with exceptional attention to detail
You have a good understanding of all the retail purchasing procedures
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken and proficiency in MS tools
