- Provide exceptional on-site support to customers by diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.
- Collaborate with the development team to gather relevant information and identify the root cause of issues.
- Address a range of failures, including software-related, calibration-related, electric electronic hardware-related, compressor-related, and assembly of the system-related problems.
- Possess a high-level understanding of various aspects of the system to enable preliminary diagnosis and coordinate further investigation if required.
- Utilize CANBUS tools, such as CANape, to analyze software performance and collect valuable data for issue diagnosis.
- Conduct electrical measurements to aid in the resolution process.
- Leverage mathematical and analytical skills to report issues accurately.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.
- Proven experience in validation engineering or a related technical field is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CANBUS tools like Vector CANalyzer, CANape, and CANoe for diagnosis, data collection, and evidence gathering.
- Experience in using electrical diagnostics tools (such as multimeter, current clamp meter, etc.. )
- Keen attention to detail, enabling the identification of actual root causes.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills, enhancing issue reporting capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Solid understanding of system and safety requirements, which aids in diagnosing issues effectively.
- Familiarity with system behavior and operation targets, essential for commissioning and diagnosis.
- Automotive diagnostics experience
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth customer interactions.
- Good English skills
- French & German is a plus
