Job Title: Full-time Employee in Car Fleet Management

Description:

• Managing the overall car fleet management processes
• Car ordering (confirmation of orders with delivery dates)
• Car provision (scheduling handover appointments, license check, registration reporting, fuel card ordering)
• Responding to user queries on car regulations, configurators, budgets, terms
• Invoice verification
• Car return (taking back old cars, reviewing vehicle valuations and service invoices)
• Assisting in damage management
• Conducting tenders jointly with Procurement
• Traveling for vehicle deliveries in various regions

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial training
• Understanding of fleet management processes acquired through a 'Certified Fleet Manager' course
• Proficiency in MS-Office and SAP FI, familiarity with fleet management software advantageous
• Courageous, independent, yet team-oriented - at #OneMETRO, we make decisions together to drive progress
• Several years of experience in fleet management
• Experience in a leasing company is beneficial
• Proficiency in English, interest in an international work environment
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on attitude
