    Be part of a growing team that is successfully implementing the most advanced and intelligent technologies for our customers. We are looking for a Intelligent Automation Consulting Director(m/f/d) to join our office in Hamburg, Nuremberg or Munich. We also offer remote work within Germany.


    Within this role your responsibilities and tasks will include:

  • Be part of the regional leadership team and take responsibility for driving the Roboyo Growth journey forward
  • Develop long-term client relationships and help drive the business development and sales process for both new and existing clients
  • Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements with a focus on automation, digital transformation, and operational excellence
  • Lead teams to scope, plan, execute and deliver client engagements on time and budget
  • Be a trusted and strategic advisor to our clients to help them adopt an "Automation First" approach to maximize value from Intelligent Automation.
  • Guide our clients to identify automation opportunities, evaluate the associated added value for our clients, and assist in the development of their automation roadmap.
  • Coach and mentor Consultants and Consulting Manager
  • Prepare and run client workshops
  • Contribute to overall Roboyo thought leadership
  • Be a visible leader in our global Consulting practices and support the strategic and operational development and growth of our consulting organization locally and globally
  • Travel and meetings with customers as needed


    • Requirements

    Experience, skills, and qualities you'll need to do what you love at Roboyo:
  • The ideal candidate will be curious, analytical, and confident, with a natural "entrepreneurial" drive to find solutions and overcome obstacles
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with the strong undergraduate academic record. MBA and/or Advanced degree is preferred
  • Minimum 10+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years' experience in a consulting environment with business development and delivery responsibilities
  • Ideally experience with Intelligent Automation and Digital Transformations
  • Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a project management role)
  • Ability to project executive presence and professionalism sufficient to interact with C-level executives
  • Demonstrates consistent career progression with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team-building and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of operation optimization, process analysis, process modeling or process automation
  • Experience in one of the following functional areas is advantageous: Finance, Purchasing, Marketing/Customer Relationship Management, Application Maintenance and Support, Supply Chain Management
  • Very good MS Office knowledge, especially PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel as required as required
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in German and English

Your strong understanding of business process and company procedures will ensure your success as a Consulting Manager. You pride yourself on your analytical and conceptional thinking as well as your entrepreneurial drive. Finally, your excellent communication skills enable you to create and foster strong client relationships.
