After completion of the INspire program you will continue your career in the following business area: Integrity, compliance and legal affairs are combined in one Board of Management area at Mercedes-Benz Group.

The purpose of this Board of Management area is to permanently anchor these issues in our corporate units. The basis for this are among others state-of-the-art end-to-end compliance and ESG processes using the benefits of digitalization.

Thus, the target department within Compliance deals with strategic and operational process design as well as the corresponding expansion and operationalization of the digitization strategy.


Qualifikationen:

**Mandatory requirements to get IN for INspire: - Professionals with relevant work experience in digitalization and in the field of compliance, risk management, project management or consulting

  • Experience in design and optimization of business processes incl. process modeling with different IT tools
  • Experience & knowledge in the creation of workflows & dashboards, data analytics as well as programming skills
  • Excellent academic university degree with focus on digitalization in economics, law, business information systems or engineering
  • Leadership experience in various areas of at least 12 months
  • International experience of at least 6 months
  • Ability to communicate with different management levels
  • Significant agile mindset
  • High level of abstraction and strategic analytical skills
  • Flexible, structured and resultoriented working behavior even under pressure
  • Fluent in Business English and good German skills
  • Impressive social engagement
