About the company


Hailey HR is a SaaS HR-tech scale-up founded in Sweden in the spring of 2020 by a group of engineers and entrepreneurs with many successful companies in their portfolio.

In early 2020 the founders were looking for an HR system for one of their own companies and found out that it was a lack of modern, user-friendly, and GDPR-compliant systems out there so decided to build the HR system they were looking for


Today, the company consists of a team of 46 employees with experience within both HR and tech with a mission to help companies modernize the way HR departments are working.

Since Hailey has grown so fast and reached such success in Sweden we have decided to go abroad and try our wings in Germany.

About the position


As a Customer Success Specialist, your main area of responsibility is to manage the implementation of the system at Hailey's German customers, to develop the customers' way of working, and to help our customers to digitalize their HR processes.

Together with your Customer Success team in Sweden, you are responsible for the customers' onboarding in the system and further development, as well as ensuring that the customers get a world-class experience.


After a customer decides to use Hailey HR, the sales department hands it over to the CS team, where you lead the customers from planning to start-up, and then continued throughout the entire implementation journey.

The role requires internal collaboration since you as a Customer Success Specialist will be the expert in the system.

In collaboration with the developers, you make sure that the features we release are in line with the customer's requirements.

In collaboration with sales, you ensure that the handover takes place seamlessly and that expectations are met.


In the role, you will initially support the Customer Success Manager and the team with the daily work in the various customer implementations and eventually develop to be able to lead your own customers from start to finish.

Together with the team, you are the bridge between Hailey's development team and the customers and work actively to improve and develop the system so that it becomes the absolute best system on the market


What you need to succeed

  • Postsecondary education or equivalent work experience from a similar role in sales, HR, or project management
  • Good system skills
  • You speak and write German fluently, and master English on a Professional level
