Omnichannel company - b2b/b2c:

Our client is a leading omnichannel company that is active in both the b2b and b2c sectors. The company is part of an international group of companies.


We are looking for the
Sales Director BENELUX (M/F/div), who will report directly to the International Sales Manager of the mother company.

He / she will have personnel responsibility for over 20 employees and will work in close collaboration with the various operational managers and the shared services of the group.


Ihre Aufgaben:


  • Define and implement the sales strategy/structure for the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg
  • Define a business development strategy and action plan for the Benelux market:
  • Define a growth strategy and actions with local sales and customer service teams
  • Develop strongly large accounts national and international (in coordination with international sales department)
  • Deliver commercial results as per growth plan (turnover, gross margin, etc.)
  • Coordinate the overall business of the market with local services and shared services of the group
  • Build and drive a strong team of managers, in line with the budget targets
  • Prepare the sales objectives, the expense budgets, the implementation and the achievement thereof for the teams
  • Prepare and implement the loyalty and prospection commercial action plan (paper catalogue, web marketing) with the Group Marketing department
  • Organize the monthly reporting of sales activities and financial results
  • Ensure the achievement of service commitments towards the customers of the company
  • Spread the culture and the company values inside and outside the company

Ihr Profil:

We are looking for a customer-oriented personality with a sales spirit and excellent communication skills.

The future job holder (M/F/d) is a dynamic decision-maker with doer qualities and a strong attitude of best practices exchange in a group.

He/she is a self-committed leader who works analytically and is able to synthesize.


Dutch nationality or a business fluent knowledge of Dutch as well as a business fluent knowledge of English are mandatory.
